Return and Exchange
Return
For the reasons previously described, there is generally no right of return for URNE.CH urns. Returns are only accepted in the case of a proven product defect. A return authorization will only be granted after a technical examination of the defect. Any return not expressly authorized will be categorically rejected. Accordingly, no refund will be issued. However, for individual items, URNE.CH may grant an exchange; please read our terms for more information.
Exchange
An exchange is not possible for the reasons previously described. In certain rare exceptional cases, the possibility of an exchange may arise.
The following points must be noted:
Before shipping a URNE.CH urn, it is thoroughly checked and securely packed for transport. Therefore, an exchange is generally only possible in cases of serious manufacturing defects or incorrect delivery that were not apparent to us.
The following cases completely exclude an exchange:
- The item is personalized and/or is a custom-made product.
- The item shows slight color or glaze deviations from the catalog and web images.
- The item was damaged without our fault.
- The purchase was made more than 14 days ago (the period begins the day after receipt of the goods).
- No proof of purchase or invoice is available.
If an exchange is necessary due to an incorrect delivery, please contact URNE.CH. Depending on the situation, URNE.CH reserves the right to charge the customer for shipping costs and handling fees incurred due to a return.
