Return
In principle, there is no right of return for URNE.CH urns. Accordingly, no refund of the purchase price will be made. However, URNE.CH can grant an exchange of goods for individual items, read our provisions.
Exchange
Before an URNE.CH urn is dispatched, it is carefully checked and securely packed for transport. An exchange is therefore only possible in the case of manufacturing errors or faulty delivery. In the following cases, an exchange is completely excluded:
- The goods are damaged.
- The goods are personalized and/or are custom-made.
- The goods show slight color deviations from the catalog and web illustrations.
- There is no proof of purchase or invoice.
- The purchase was made more than 14 days ago (period begins on the day after receipt of the goods).
URNE.CH reserves the right to charge the customer for any shipping costs and handling fees incurred in the event of an exchange or return. Should an exchange be necessary due to a wrong delivery, please contact URNE.CH.
