I found your website while searching for a "bio-urn" for "someday". Despite the "purpose" of the urns, I would like to say: refreshingly different and beautiful! When I have finally clarified in my home country how the ashes are to be filled (after cremation in a metal capsule or directly in the urn), I will hopefully find time to visit your studio and see the beautiful urns in their original size and to touch. Since many urns look more like room decorations, you could almost even give them away (without knowing the actual purpose)... But only to people with VERY British humor (I hope I didn't offend anyone's feelings with this!)
Nice that someone has the courage to go a different way!

It would not have been possible to create this hopeful and light mood that we so wished for my father without your help.
My father also seemed to like the event and its new, symbolic housing very much. Only the obbligato hymns were probably not the best, whereas the tango quartet visibly lifted their spirits again...

As promised, I would like to express my experience with and thoughts about URNE.CH from my visit to your retail store last February 2013.
My journey in search for an ideal urn for my better half's cremains started some time in fall 2012 through word-of-mouth. My office colleague, KS who is Swiss, had told me about URNE.CH because his wife had purchased an urn for her sister, Lilian's cremains, from URNE.CH.
I started off surfing the URNE.CH website upon K.'s recommendation and was intrigued by the unique yet sophisticated designs that Urne has to offer. The urns are totally different from the traditional urns; they have a calming and soothing effect on the eyes of the beholder.
After a couple of trans-Atlantic teleconversations with you, my son J. and I, decided to fly to Zurich to 'see and feel' the urns ... as a matter of fact, we needed to confirm what we saw on URNE.CH website because J.'s dad deserved the best.
It was our first trip to Switzerland in February 2013 and we stayed in downtown Zurich. The first thing on our agenda on the day of our arrival was to visit URNE.CH in its new location at Zentralstrasse 50.
As you recall, I had many questions and specific requests. You were very patient with my unusual questions and were kind enough to take time to ensure that the urns were carefully packaged for us to bring back to the USA as a carry-on item. Fortunately we breezed through immigration/customs clearance at ZRH airport without a hitch.
My chinese culture has it that we can only transfer cremains of our departed loved ones on an auspicious day. Hence, it was only this past Good Friday, April 18, 2014 that we were finally able to transfer my husband's cremains to the two beautiful urns. It gives me great pride to attach herewith pictures of the fish and bird urns. One of the urns will stay with us in the Untied States while the other urn will be brought back to my husband's home country, Philippines. We do not know when but only time will tell.
I would also like to have this opportunity to thank you for your excellent customer service.

the death of my grandmother was the reason for me to deal with the choice of an urn - of course also online.
I was quickly more than tired of the usual, banal offer, and I was delighted to finally get to your really beautifully designed website. And - as clear and successful as the website and concept was the selection of the urns offered - a real ray of hope in the still mostly gloomy environment of our mourning culture.
Despite the circumstances involved, I suddenly enjoyed dealing with the subject.
And so I was able to make the choice quite quickly with regard to a burial - inevitably only something simple in its nature, such as the "yasura" urn came into question - for storage in the columbarium or at home I would have the choice but then it was really very difficult.
