payment options

Payment is generally possible by credit card, Paypal or advance payment via the online shop.

Payment by invoice (only on request)

The following additional option is available upon request: The invoice is enclosed in the package with a payment slip/QR code or the customer receives an invoice with a payment slip by separate post. In this case, the customer must pay within 10 days of receiving the invoice. When making the payment, the customer agrees to the assignment of the seller's claims for payment of the purchase price to URNE.CH GmbH.

At our discretion and for amounts over CHF 800.00, an advance payment is required. Depending on the situation and at our discretion, we welcome or request payment of the invoice in advance. In this case, payment is possible by credit card or online banking against an invoice, which we will send you in advance as a PDF. For an online transfer, please use the following links:

When picking up the item at Atelier URNE.CH, you can pay with TWINT or with a credit card (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), Maestro EC card, or a postcard. Cash payment is also possible.

debt collection

If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer will be in default without a special reminder. URNE.CH is entitled to charge reminder fees at standard commercial rates. In the event of non-payment, outstanding invoice amounts can be assigned to a company commissioned to collect the debt (Intrum Justitia, Eschenstrasse 12, 8603 Schwerzenbach). The company commissioned to collect the debt will claim the outstanding amounts in its own name and on its own account and may charge additional processing fees.

VAT

All prices include VAT (applies to Switzerland).

Shipment

Shipping by URNE.CH to private individuals is usually carried out in a climate-neutral manner with the Swiss Post or FedEx to the desired delivery address. The following shipping options are available to you:

  • B-Post (3-5 working days)
  • A-Post (1-2 working days)
  • Shipping via Mond-Express (until 9 a.m. the following day Mon-Sat)
  • Shipping abroad with FedEx (on request)
  • Pick up on site (appointment by arrangement)
  • Personal handover at the Nordheim crematorium in Zurich

A delivery note is included with the delivery. The urn is carefully packaged. Delivery is at the recipient's responsibility. Valuable objects are sent by registered mail and are therefore partially insured. Very fragile and ephemeral objects are best delivered or picked up in person. For an additional fee, the objects can also be packaged particularly carefully and sent via normal shipping.

Claims for damage must be made by the recipient to the post office. Urne.ch can help with this.

delivery time

URNE.CH sends the urn in consultation and coordination with the delivery time requested by the customer. The delivery service selected is responsible for adhering to the delivery times. URNE.CH cannot accept responsibility for delays that are the responsibility of the delivery service. In such cases, we recommend that you contact the shipping service provider directly in consultation with URNE.CH.

Local pickup and other delivery options

In addition to direct urn delivery via our online shop, you also have the option of picking up your urn from our URNE.CH studio. We can also deliver the urn express directly to the Nordheim crematorium on request.

If you are already in contact with the funeral home or the undertaker, you can ask us to deliver the urn of your choice directly to the desired address or crematorium via our online shop. Personal delivery by URNE.CH is also possible.
