We would be happy to advise you personally in our studio. In the premises of the urne.ch studio, surrounded by art and a unique, colorful collection of urns, we invite you to an individual consultation. When you buy an urn from Atelier urne.ch, a 15-minute consultation is included.

Ordering an "urne.ch" urn is easy and uncomplicated. You can place an order online. Please provide your official address, telephone or mobile number and email address.
shipping
Shipping by urne.ch to private individuals is usually climate-neutral with Swiss Post or FedEx to the specified delivery address/billing address. On request, also express and also handed over personally. A delivery note is enclosed with the delivery. The urn will be carefully packed. Delivery is at the responsibility of the recipient. Valuable objects are sent by registered mail and are therefore partially insured. Claims for damage must be made by the recipient to the post office. Urne.ch can help with this.

All prices include VAT (applies to Switzerland).
payment options
Usually uncomplicated via the supplied invoice, online banking or in tel. Contact is also possible by credit card. At discretion and for amounts over chf 800.- an advance payment is to be made. Depending on the situation and at our discretion, we welcome or require payment of the bill in advance. In this case, you can pay by credit card or online banking against an invoice, which we will send to you in advance as a PDF. Otherwise, the invoice will be enclosed with the package with a payment slip or the customer will receive an invoice with a payment slip in a separate post. In this case, the customer must pay within 10 days of receipt of the invoice.
collection
If the payment deadline is exceeded, the customer is in default without a special reminder. Urne.ch is entitled to demand overdue fines at customary conditions. In the event of non-payment, open invoice amounts can be assigned to a company commissioned with collection (Intrum Justitia, Eschenstrasse 12, 8603 Schwerzenbach). The company commissioned with the collection will claim the outstanding amounts in its own name and for its own account and may charge additional processing fees.

Urne.ch reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes are always updated on the website. The offer is non-binding and can be changed at any time and without special notice. The delivered goods remain the property of urne.ch until full payment has been made. We reserve the right to change prices. With the order, the customer automatically accepts our general terms and conditions and confirms that they have read them.

Warranty and liability
Urne.ch endeavors to provide uninterrupted access to the website. However, Urne.ch does not guarantee that access is possible at all times. urne.ch assumes no liability for the permanent availability of the online order offer.
In cases of misuse of online orders, urne.ch is not liable for any consequences. We assume no liability for printing errors that have occurred in the catalog and on the website. We accept no liability for damage that occurs after the goods have been handed over due to improper handling by the respective transport company or recipient.
exchange
Before an "urne.ch" urn is delivered, it is carefully checked and carefully packed. An exchange is only possible in the case of manufacturing errors or faulty delivery. Exchange due to slight color deviations from the catalog and web illustrations is excluded.
Any shipping costs and handling costs incurred must be charged for an exchange or return, unless the delivery was incorrect. If an exchange should be necessary due to incorrect delivery, please contact urne.ch.
