jembele® is an earthenware urn, and in this version, it is polished with a special spoon technique. The jembele® urns polished terracotta are handcrafted unique pieces made in Switzerland with artistic craftsmanship. The jembele® urn can be placed in the living area as a memento of a loved one and is also suitable for a burial in an urn grave.

This small urn can serve as a children's urn or be used for a division of ashes, or after a scattering of ashes, to hold a little bit of ash in special memory of the loved one. It is also possible to keep a personal memento of the deceased along with a portion of the ashes - whether it be a piece of jewelry, a ring, a small picture, a lock of hair, or another special object. It is a comforting thought to keep a small, personal memento in a special vessel, making it tangible. Yes, it is customary and permissible to purchase an urn for a deceased loved one at your own discretion. If you have chosen a biodegradable, ecological urn, it can be used for burial in a cemetery or in the open countryside. You can place a non-biodegradable urn in your home or outdoors and remember your loved one in a dignified and special way.

As a rule, this is the correct size, regardless of the size, age and weight of the deceased person. For children and young people, you will find a detailed table here.
