The offer is non-binding and can be changed at any time without special notice. The delivered goods remain the property of URNE.CH until full payment is made. We reserve the right to change prices. By placing an order, the customer automatically accepts our terms and conditions and confirms that they have taken note of them.
Warranty and Liability
URNE.CH strives to provide access to the website without interruption. However, URNE.CH does not guarantee that access is possible at all times. URNE.CH assumes no liability for the continuous availability of the online ordering service.
In cases of misuse in online orders, URNE.CH is not liable for any consequences. We accept no liability for printing errors in the catalog and on the website. We are not liable for damages that occur after the delivery of the goods due to improper handling by the respective transport company or recipient.

Orders
The presentation of products in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but a non-binding online catalog or a non-binding invitation to the customer to order an urn or another product from URNE.CH in the online shop.
An order is considered an offer to the online shop to conclude a contract.
After submitting the order, the customer automatically receives a confirmation of receipt, which documents that the order has been received by the online shop of URNE.CH. After receiving this confirmation, the customer can no longer change the orders and is bound by them.
The online shop of URNE.CH is free to reject orders in whole or in part without stating reasons. In such a case, the customer will be informed directly by us, and any payments already made will be refunded. Further claims are excluded.
Consultation and Purchase in the Atelier URNE.CH
We are also happy to advise you personally in our atelier. In the premises of the atelier URNE.CH, we invite you to an individual consultation. When purchasing an urn in the atelier URNE.CH, a 15-minute consultation is included.
Conclusion of Contract
A contract is only concluded through the dispatch of the ordered products or the agreement of the delivery date or the agreement of the pickup date, or when we issue a payment request or accept a payment. If the customer picks up the ordered goods on-site, the customer will be informed by email or phone as soon as the goods are ready for pickup.
However, if the subject of the contract is a custom-made item, the contract is concluded with the written or verbal acceptance of the order by the online shop or in direct contact with URNE.CH.

Prices
The prices in the online shop are in Swiss Francs and include VAT (applicable for Switzerland). The sales price does not include packaging and shipping costs, which will be charged additionally. Different pricing conditions can be agreed upon with customers in direct contact with URNE.CH.
Payment and Shipping
We offer the following payment options: Credit card payment (pay with VISA, Mastercard, AMEX), payment with Maestro EC card (on-site), payment with Postcard (on-site), payment by invoice (limited availability), cash payment (on-site), and prepayment/bank transfer.
In the case of prepayment/bank transfer, you transfer the amount to our account. After receipt of payment, the goods will be shipped immediately, provided they are in stock.
We deliver throughout Switzerland. Delivery abroad is possible upon request via contact form or by phone. Various shipping options are available to you.
Returns and Exchanges
An urn from URNE.CH is always an individual, unique object. With great craftsmanship made from valuable materials and attention to detail, crafted in Switzerland. After quality control, each individual piece is carefully checked again for shipping and prepared with special packaging for dispatch. From experience and with pride, we can assure you that all our urns appear even more beautiful, valuable, and unique in person than in the pictures you could view on our website. Once the personally selected urn leaves our atelier, a new, personal story immediately develops around this one, special, and unique urn. It is extremely rare for a request for an exchange to be made to us. If necessary, a solution is usually found easily in conversation. However, we would like to point out that we find it inappropriate to take back an already sold and shipped urn due to a possible exchange request and pass it on to someone else. Therefore, we generally do not accept returns of urns and there is no right of return for URNE.CH urns, and thus no refund of the purchase price. Only in certain cases may the possibility of an exchange arise. This requires further preliminary clarifications. You can find out more about this here.

Applicable Law, Place of Fulfillment, and Jurisdiction
The contract concluded with the customer is exclusively subject to Swiss law.
The place of fulfillment and jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland.
